Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
NIHSS certification may be required prior to the first shift.
Minimum of 1 year full-time experience as an ICU RN within the last year.
Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
Must show competency with managing ventilators, chest tubes, and proning patients.
Strong familiarity with assisting during intubation, central and arterial line placement, and para/thoracentesis.
Experience with Covid ICU protocols, CRRT and/or ECMO are a plus.
