They will be training end users on procurement, payables etc as it relates to the new Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud being implemented.
Will need to be able to test, gather requirements, training, end user support.
Not looking for an implementation guru as they would get bored.
Need to just know processes of S2P data stream, Oracle ERP, and data readiness etc.
Collect, analyze, specify, validate, and document the stated and implicit requirements of the business as it relates to the company's sourcing and supply chain goals, particularly Purchasing Source to Pay / S2P1-2 years of relevant experienceServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and the project team to define business and system processes through workflows and written requirements to support the migration from legacy systems to Oracle ERP Cloud.
Develop current and future state data and process maps, identifying technology gaps, and creating remediation plans with the new systems.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITESBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business management, materials, logistics, or related fields preferred.
1-2 years of experience in ERP implementations, Oracle preferred.
1-2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain discipline with a manufacturing company preferred.
Experience in development of training materials and training instructionAbility to demonstrate emotional intelligence to adapt to different learning styles and needs and facilitate change management with colleagues.
Ability to work within a global matrix organization.
Ability to travel 40%-50% to Chattanooga, TN and/or WisconsinProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePointAbout the Company:
