MGA Research Corporation is seeking Energy Storage Test Engineers with a strong technical background, who can seamlessly transition between independent and team-based responsibilities.
This role involves hands-on engagement in testing energy storage systems including cells, modules, packs, and full vehicles.
Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met, while providing exceptional service throughout the project.
Manage the technical details of testing in progress, including hands-on tasks, to ensure tests are conducted accurately and in accordance with relevant industry standards.
Maintain daily communication with project engineers and test teams to forecast resource needs and prioritize customer workloads.
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, incorporating innovative approaches and methodologies.
Requirements And SkillsIt is critical to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Bachelor of Engineering degree (Electrical preferred).
Background in electrical fieldComfortable with high voltage circuits (600V DC is common)Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errors.
Strong desire to work in an advanced technical field.
