MGA Research Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Engineering Office Administrator (on-site) to join our dynamic team.
The Engineering Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient administrative operations, supporting client interactions, and contributing to the success of our diverse projects.
Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers to gather information, leading to the creation and delivery of easily comprehensible reports/proposals to customersBuild customer and vendor relationships through in-person interactions, e-mail correspondence, and phone conversationsManage assets including incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries, ensuring they reach the appropriate recipients promptlyAssist in compiling internal company data and confidential customer informationAssist with invoicing, ordering, purchasing, and other tasks as requested Requirements And SkillsIt is critical to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordAssociate or Bachelor degree preferredDesire to work in highly technical fieldAbility to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environmentKeen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability to identify errorsProficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience using office equipment (copier, scanner, phones, etc.
